Denver, CO. (January 8, 2009) – iModerate, the research industry’s sole provider of live, online, one-on-ones, recently hired Adam Henderson as the Senior Director of Moderating Services. In this role, Adam is responsible for the management, direction and ongoing development of the innovative qualitative solutions iModerate offers.

Adam has over 9 years of experience working with clients across industry verticals to deliver innovative solutions to business challenges. In particular, Adam has gained solid experience in the IT, financial services and marketing communications space. Adam is an expert in tailoring and delivering a wide range of conversational, observational and hybrid research solutions across platforms. These include online research, focus groups, in-person interviews and telephone interviews. Moreover, Adam is proficient in utilizing a wide range of powerful and insightful direct and indirect techniques, including guided visualization, projective methods, ideation, ethnography and questionnaires.

Prior to life with iModerate, Adam gained solid research experience in the UK and USA as a qualitative consultant with TNS (San Francisco and Edinburgh offices) and as a researcher with McKinsey & Company (London office). Adam received his bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from the University of Abertay Dundee in the UK. He also holds a master’s degree in information studies from the Aberdeen Business School in the UK.
