Denver, CO. (October 5, 2009) – ColoradoBiz magazine ranked iModerate Research Technologies, a leading online qualitative research firm, number 184 on its annual top 250 private companies list. This list is an exclusive ranking of Colorado’s top private companies based on 2008 revenues. It includes organizations from a wide array of industries including automotive, engineering, travel, food & beverage and software. The list represents 38 Colorado cities with the majority of the businesses located in Denver (87), Boulder (17), Englewood (16) and Colorado Springs (13).

iModerate specializes in one-on-one qualitative sessions. Their solutions offer researchers, marketers and advertisers the unique opportunity to engage consumers in a one-on-one discussion online to uncover in-depth insights. The qualitative research firm posted gross revenues of over $5 million in 2008, a gain of 66% over the prior year.

It is no surprise that the economy has brought hardships to all businesses; however, nearly three-fourths of the firms that were ranked noted sales higher in 2008 than they did in 2009.
